A DJ’s Story
Aj Kang has been shaping the sound of modern music for over a decade now as the inventor of the "streetboxx" and "Beat Thang" . During his journey he has been blessed to work with, Dallas Austin, Rockwilder , Jermaine Dupri, Paul Okenfold, Teddy Riley, Terry Lewis, Bob Ezrin, Jewel, Boi 1 da, Dj Khaled, David Porter, Stevie J, David Santos, Lay Law, Warren G and many others. He has had an incredible journey and is now creating music and Dj'ing in Nashville. His approach to music is unique and unconventional. It's hard to imagine a Dj going from Sam Cooke to Depeche Mode to a Gucci Mane EDM joint in the same set but some how he is able to pull it off and the people love it. His gig's vary from Huge Events at the Bridgestone arena to cocktail hour's at sophisticated five star restaurants and wild Broadway dance parties. As a producer Aj Kang has most recently been working to produce singles for all three Artists at David Porter's Made in Memphis label while simultaneously working on his debut album.. Aj Kang is definitely an active part of "Music City".
